Tempo is a state-of-the-art in-home weight training platform offering immersive real-time coaching from world-class trainers provided via innovative, room-scale 3D spatial mapping technology.

The color, material and finish strategy was a key element in inspiring curiosity and inviting user interaction. We took influence from sports and home trends, setting the tone for the entire brand ecosystem.

Our goal was to create the world’s most approachable and intuitive weight training experience for the home. The silhouette has a conscious aesthetic, emulating a piece of furniture, designed to exist harmoniously within the users’ home environment.

We approached the design with a fabrication first mindset, driving smart decisions around processes which allowed Tempo to go to market quickly.

Engaging early allowed level to craft a unique design vision that took Tempo through start-up status. By delivering a stunning Industrial Design, VC’s were able to experience the platform first-hand, securing funding and finally allowing us to collaborate with Tempo through production and refinement.
