Our Story
level was founded by Creative Director Nichole Rouillac, whose career began at the acclaimed studio One & Co and evolved further as Associate Creative Director at HTC, where she helped design and launch globally recognized products.
Nichole brings deep expertise in transforming complex technologies into emotionally resonant designs that build meaningful connections between consumers and brands.
Her work has defined new industry categories, brought innovative products into the spotlight, and earned numerous awards and recognition. A former leader of IDSA Women in Design, Nichole is committed to bringing greater balance and inclusivity to the industrial design field.
Our Studio
At level, we work side-by-side with our clients in a spirit of openness and creativity. Our studio runs on collaboration, what we call the Open Kitchen, inviting clients into our process to spark better ideas, faster decision-making, and products that feel intentional at every touchpoint.
